Job Requirements: – Must have Restaurant management experience: 4+ years
– Language: Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English
– Must live close to the working area (Paarl)
– Must have POS skills and be computer literate
– Must hold a valid driver’s license
– Must have excellent client service skills

Requirements:
  • Must have Restaurant chef experience; including experience with wood fired pizza oven: 5 years
  • Must live close to the working area
  • Must have food cost skills, preferably POS recipe programming skills
  • Must have training abilities
  • Must have excellent staff organisational skills

Job Description:

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient management and delivery of all Food and Beverage operations provided by the Group, with the aim to provide the highest level of customer service that is cost effective.

Duties will include to effectively control and meet budgeted targets by developing a product mix which is quality driven whilst maintaining financial returns and adhering and enforcing all company standards and procedures at all times.

Education
  • Grade 12/ National Senior Certificate
  • Relevant Diploma/ Degree – Hospitality Management or Food Service Management
  • Qualification(advantageous)
Experience:
  • 3 years in a similar position
  • Management experience is essential
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong budget, stock and cost control skills
