If you failed Matric or would like to redo a subject to improve your marks in order to gain access to university, you’ve come to the right place! To be eligible to register for these subjects and qualify for your national senior certificate, you need to have written matric in 2008 and onwards. Registrations for the 2021 session will close January 29, 2021.

If you want to rewrite Afrikaans (Home Language or First Additional Language), English (Home Language or First Additional Language), or isiXhosa (Home Language or First Additional Language), we currently have 5 venues available:

Please note: The fees for each subject cover all costs involved, including the registration and exam fees. No additional costs need to be paid. Students will be assisted in terms of finding exam centres closest to them.

Please note that the registration fee shown applies to South African students only. Foreign students are required to pay a non-refundable R2400 deposit instead of a registration fee.
