This short course will introduce you to principles and concepts relating to consumer behaviour, and will focus on how these principles and concepts can be applied by contact centre staff. Studying this course is a good option if you want to learn more about consumer behaviour and how it influences sales, marketing, and customer service in a contact centre environment.

What is distance learning?
