Occupational Certificate: Retail Supervisor

The Occupational Certificate: Retail Supervisor aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate as retail supervisors. This qualification is ideal for individuals already employed in the wholesale and retail industry who aspire to advance their careers.

Retail supervisors play a crucial role in overseeing, coordinating, and controlling the work performance of a team within a specific area of a wholesale and retail outlet.
