So you want to go into Human Resources, but you don’t have the right qualifications for the job. You also don’t have the time to attend a course to earn those qualifications.

There is another option: You could study from home.

HERE ARE 3 REASONS WHY STUDYING HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGEMENT FROM HOME IS A GOOD OPTION:

  • There are no travelling costs

By studying HR from home via distance learning, you eliminate travelling time, which means that you have more time to spend on your studies, as well as on your other commitments. Additionally, you save the money that you would have had to spend on transport to get to classes.

  • You get to determine your study schedule

are flexible. Instead of attending classes at set times, you decide when and where you want to study. You work through the study material at your own pace, which means that you decide how much time you want to spend on each section of the work. Since you don’t have a fixed schedule, you have the freedom to attend networking events, or to arrange meetings with HR professionals to seek advice and to learn more about the HR industry.

  • You get to work (and earn money) while you study

If you study from home via distance learning, you can either carry on with your full-time job while you study, or you can look for an internship or entry-level job in HR to gain some relevant experience while you are busy working toward your qualifications. Distance learning therefore makes it possible for you to build your CV while you are busy with your HR course.

WHERE SHOULD YOU REGISTER IF YOU WANT TO STUDY YOUR HR COURSE FROM HOME?

You can register with Oxbridge Academy, a distance learning college based in South Africa. You can choose from the following types of courses:
